Notice of Motion’s Proposed for CFRS-RMA AGM

To All Members

In accordance with our Constitution and on behalf of our Secretary Rosemary Smith, we are asking you to submit any Notices of Motion (Items for AGM Agenda) that you wish to  propose at our 2025 AGM to be held at the Seiners Arms, Perranporth on Friday 7th March. All Notices of Motion’s must be sent to our Secretary Rosemary Smith to be received no later than Friday 21st February.

Once again in accordance with our Constitution, Jan as Chair, is proposing such Notice of Motion which is to amend our current Constitution by altering and adding to it. This is to ensure it is both up to date and reflects our membership, committee and positions held. 

To help you and the Chair keep the AGM meeting as brief as possible before our lunch, we would ask that you take the time to read and hopefully vote in favour of the proposed amendments and changes. If in support or not, please show this using your vote at the AGM (only those present are able to vote).
