1 March 2024 Annual General Meeting
Please note the changed venue for our AGM. We will meet at the Victoria Inn, Roche, PL26 8LQ. You might want to be there for about 10:30 to afford yourself time to place your lunch order and get seated.
Easily accessed off the A30 trunk road, we hope this venue will prove to be a hit with members and supporters.
The Lanherne Inn in Newquay where we held a number of former meetings is no longer, and so we are holding this meeting at the Victoria Inn, Roche. Easily accessed off the A30 trunk road, we hope this venue will prove to be a hit with members and supporters.
The meeting starts at 11:00 sharp. This should give us enough time to deal with the business of the day and be ready for lunch to be served at about 12:00.
To assist with timekeeping, please see the attached menu. Your lunch orders should be placed before the start of the meeting.
Members will also wish to remember that our annual subscription becomes due. At £5 per member these funds underpin the production of the newsletter and maintenance of the website as well as other functions.
If you are planning to attend, please let Phil Berriman know by Friday 23 February 2024. By so doing we can ensure that the room is properly set up before hand to best meet our needs.
